Model banned

Hello, I am a moderator for one model and she recently got banned. It seems that during a private, they spoke about illegal substance. They had no clue that simple talk would lead to this. The model wrote to support, I wrote to support and even the user wrote to support. I am surprised the model got banned but not the user. She is working for almost 3 years and we always worked hard to keep the room clean, but sometimes we are not in control of what users could say Do you have any idea of the time before we get answer and if such situation leads to temporary ban or permanent one?

Some help here would be appreciated.

That is perfectly fair and normal. I opened a ticket under my account 3dxchatsharing. In this ticket, I give the model account name. Maybe you can have help there. I don't mind not to have an answer myself from support, as long as the model got one

@punker barbie I asked the model and she said she sent an email on saturday and a new one today, no answer so far, her username is Eva_davie. Could you have a look please? Again I don't have to know what is going, as long as she gets an answer, i will be happy, just trying to help since english is not her native english. In any case thanks for your support!
