toying with me i believe or its all in my head.

Started viewing a model a while back went through differnt stages of fan club to moderator to having words with about my behaviour lol. It was fun . As a viewer im not in a position to spend constantly but i enjoyed interacting and moderating when i did. Shes funny though because when i do tip and other viewers are just giving her the run down asking 20 questions she is engaged but its the slow grind . At this point ive already tipped a few hundred and she seems engaged then ill log out because i dont want to be too eager and dont like to pressure her and wait and see what happening with the room at this stage its busy but slow and all the other cam girls are hitting up my dms . Ill log back in and all these dudes are tipping 1 tokens 50tokens and giving ger 20 questions she doesnt mind so ill drop 100 tokens and she will look confused like what then shel go on her phone and pretend shes having a conversation and go offline.

I think maybe she dont want me to spend too much

A few 100 tokens usuasly feels fine like she appreciates it anything more she acts weird like dont you tip wait for others thats the vibe i get

Maybe im just delusional

Yes, this is exactly it. Because models don’t like it when members tip. The majority of models definitely do not stream as a source of income, they do it because every single moment is so much fun. 100 tokens, which is $5 dollars for the model, is such a huge tip, she obviously felt tremendously guilty and had to log off right away to deal with her feelings of greed and shame.

Or maybe, just maybe…

its all in my head.

Obligatory /s to the first part.

I've never seen that movie. :)

It’s sweet if you consider a love story predicated on coercing someone into dating you, obsessing over a teenage fling and cheating on your fiancé to be sweet and tres romantique.

It’s almost as sweet as Titanic. You know, the story where a very emotional girl falls madly in love with a vagabond after he stops her from jumping off a ship, cheats on her (admittedly abusive and terrible) fiancé with said vagabond, makes poor decisions that could have potentially saved her newfound love if not made and then after a thousand years when she’s old as dust throws a priceless necklace into the ocean after a team and a lot of resources and time has been put into finding that same necklace and even brought her dusty ass out to sea when she could have given it to the team or sold the necklace and done some good with the money.

I can go on and on about toxic movie relationships that are supposed to romantic.

There are so many! Just don't go after my Pretty Woman, cause that's my jam. ;) Isn't the Time Traveler's Wife also like really sketchy and weird? I tend to prefer psych thrillers/murder mystery/horror movies.

But then were is the fun in that

Jack would have likely died anyway given his status in life but rose got to experience something real in life on one of the greatest vessels on earth , given the fact jack pulled her back from the brink of suicide he altered the course of her life in a meaningful way even if he didnt live to see it

She dumped the necklace because it reminded her of life with her abusive partner

Love stories are rarely seamlessly perfect they are what they are and thats what makes them what they are

The first one i dont know a hot girl wanted to watch it with me once but i wasnt really watching the movie if you know what i mean

The Time Traveler’s Wife is one I haven’t actually seen, but I usually end up watching most films that gain a lot of mainstream popularity just so I can be in the know.

Another one that I actually kinda like, but is toxic when you think about it, is The Bridges of Madison County. Woman’s husband and kids go away for a couple days, she lets a random ass man into her home and they have sex. Husband is apparently a good guy, he’s just not well traveled or as interesting as photographer man. Even still, I was screaming at the tv for her to get out the damn truck at the end. Like girl, you’re already toxic, go big or go home. Which, she chose the go home option.

I usually prefer thrillers and horrors as well, though.

I’m not saying that all love stories in movies should be perfect. They almost never are and I’d say 90% of movie relationships are toxic, because perfect relationships with no drama or tension or, dare I say, toxicity, are boring. No one wants to watch a movie of two people madly in love and faithful to each other eat bowls of pasta while talking about their future or holding hands on the beach.

It’s just funny to me when people think these relationships are sweet or something to idealize. It’s as silly as when people think The Joker and Harley Quinn are #relationshipgoals.

Rose was absolutely an asshole, though. She had almost an entire damn century to get over her past, she didn’t need to yeet the necklace into the ocean. She should have sold it, paid for her great grandkid’s college tuition and gone back to watching daytime soap operas and drinking fiber supplement drinks.

My all time favorite romance movie is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Although, it definitely falls into more genres than just romance.

It portrays relationships how they really are or can be in real life, messy and painful. It’s partly about how non-perfect love is.

It’s honestly one of the few movies that gets me in my feels every time I watch it. In fact, I just rewatched it for the umpteenth time last week.

In a way i think its because she hated that wealth and she wanted to make her own she kept the heart of the ocean because it reminded her of jack in the end when they went back to titanic she was wealthy in her own right who knows jack was poor and it was the one only object that connected her cal and jack and she hated cal . In a way if she sold it it would still have been something of cals so she sent it to the seabed with all those who died on the titanic. I think she hated cal that much and it was also

I think if i died and she dropped the necklace in the sea it would mean more to me than it would her and thats probably why it meant more to her to do it .

Because jack knew she hated that wealth but at the same time she didnt and the necklace was a symbol to him that she could let it go and live
her life without cal or his money and she did

Relationships are messy but sometimes its nice to freeze to death while she floats above water

Heh I haven't seen that one either. LOL I fail at pop culture.

Omg, you have to watch it. It’s an absolutely brilliant film. The acting, the cinematography, the storyline, everything about it is wonderful. Yeah, the romance/relationship between Joel and Clementine is the main focus, but there’s also psychological thriller elements as well as it essentially being a sci-fi narrative.

It is hands down my most watched movie. Not even exaggerating, I’ve watched it probably fifteen or more times. I especially like to watch it whenever I have relationship issues. I don’t want to ruin anything for you so you can go in blind, but it really makes you think about your own relationship with pain and heartache. At least, it does for me.

I have nothing to contribute to a romcom conversation. But…

I have been on a key lime pie kick for the past month or so.
Try it with a drizzle of raspberry sauce on top.

I can't think of a romcom that has a clear and clean love story. I think they've all got a twist of moral impropriety, though some may be slight while others are downright abhorrent, almost to a one. Otherwise, it'd probably come off as too unrelatable and/or unlikely.

I'm happy to be wrong, though, so let me know!

Love Actually, for all it's praises, may be the worst offender of all, too. Cap'n Ron? Error. 10 Things I Hate About You, The Wedding Singer, Shallow Hal, Knocked Up? Say Anything? Even Romancing the Stone (which I love) still has self-serving motives before the caring part takes over. Hmm...Maybe Big Trouble in Little China is a real love story with a great comedic action flick build around it. It's the REAL romcom!

I made a beer once that tasted just like the flavor of Lemon Heads with just a fleeting hint of the sweet pucker. That is a treasured recipe of mine.

BTW, you got clean scammed. Thoughts and prayers to your tokens. They're gone, and you've (hopefully) a lesson learned.

The book Time Traveller’s Wife blew me away - it was such a classic of 2000’s modern literature. Still yet to see the movie, might have to check it out!

Eternal Sunshine is a masterpiece.

I love Lost in Translation as well. Another one that isn’t a rom-com per se but cool in its own lost, bored, strange story.
