Model friend needs assistance

Hello I am requesting @punker barbie to please check into something for me. My friend who streams on CB under the name Your_Garcia suddenly was told her documents had been rejected. She has not been banned or suspended and has resubmitted her documents. She has been streaming for well over a year on these same documents. She was suddenly not allowed to stream as of August 23rd and has not heard back on the issue from support. Could you please look into this and see if there is something that can be done for her? She is a dedicated streamer who always follows the rules and guidelines of the site and she should be allowed to go back to it! Thank you in advance for any help you might be able to provide!

I can think of a post in the past day where it was clear that the "model's post" and the "member's post" were clearly written by the same person.

I am definitely not her! I didn't know we couldn't reach out on behalf of them, she told me she was unable to access this site when I suggested it to her so I thought I could post on her behalf! Apologies on that! I will try again to get her to make a post about this!

I was hoping just by making @punker barbie aware that it would get some momentum going for my friend to get a reply from support on her end. I don't need a reply about it!
