Hello, I am not a model on Chaturbate, just a really big tipper (many many thousands of tokens in just the last few months).

On or about October 21, a model and I interacted on Chaturbate and that apparently led to her being permanently banned. We cannot figure out anything that she did wrong, and the communications she received from Chaturbate did not state her alleged offense (they only state that she had done something serious, without saying what the something is).

Everything we did was 100% consensual, and we both had full knowledge of what was being done, and she had my express permission to do it. I can provide details if needed.

I checked the site's Terms and Conditions and did not see any that she or I violated.

Also, she was banned without receiving the payout (which was rather large) from the many thousands of tokens she received that night, and I was not returned the money that was spent for all those tokens.

NOTE: She and I are still in contact about this matter, because her being banned is really hurting her finances, and I feel partly responsible (although I don't know what either of us did that is actually bad).

What I would like to happen:

1) For Chaturbate to restore her account. Or at the very least, let her know what she is supposed to have done wrong, and let her and me present our case for why it was not wrong.

2) For either she or I get the money. For the money spent for all those thousands of tokens, either she gets the payout for them or I get the money back.

If someone you know is experiencing an issue, we kindly ask that you encourage them to submit a request directly to Chaturbate support. This will allow us to address their specific situation accurately and efficiently.

Thank you for your response.

This affects me too: $1,600 from my bank account was used to buy those thousands of tokens for her (if I remember correctly, it was between 16,000 and 18,000 tokens she received), and she did not get the payout for those tokens and I did not get my money back. On 10/23 at about 10:50am Central Time, I wrote to Chaturbate support explaining the situation: The main point was to get her account restored, but in it I did also indicate I wanted the money back for the tokens. I do not have a case number for that, but I do still have a copy of what I sent them, and when.

It does not seem right that Chaturbate would pocket all that money. It's not like we are talking about $20, we are talking about $1,600. It was my money, that was spent with the specific intent of the model receiving some 17,000 tokens that she could exchange for cash. I know Chaturbate gets a large cut of what tippers spend, but I don't see how Chaturbate can keep all the money for themselves. Either the model should get the payout equivalent for those thousands of tokens, or I should get my money back.

PS: I no longer have a Chaturbate account. Do you have a specific URL or email address I can use to contact Chaturbate about these two issues - (1) restoring her account (or at least letting us present our case for why she should not have been banned) and (2) the missing money issue (either she should get the payout amount for those ~17,000 tokens, or I should get my money back).

Is your concern for the model or is this post more about letting us know how many thousands of tokens you spent/spend? Challenging wank to be sure.

But why should YOU get your money back if the model did the shit you wanted her to do? 🙄 She's the one who's FUCKED (and not the good kind!) because she's now banned, and won't see a dime of that money.

The ultimate goal is to make things right for her. That has two subgoals: one is for her to get the money she should have gotten, and the other is for her CB account to be restored.

Chaturbate surely should not get to keep all that money - at most, they should be able to keep only their normal "cut" from token purchases. That is, Chaturbate should either (a) give her the payout amount for those tokens (and CB can keep the rest), or (b) give me back the money spent to buy those tokens (even if they keep their normal "cut" for those token purchases).

In the latter case ... At this poimt, neither she nor I have a Chaturbate account: she was banned (and so far, CB will not restore her account, and won't even talk to her), and I closed my account. Therefore, if I get the money back from CB, I will send her the money she would have gotten for the payout for those tokens, and I would send it to her by some means other than Chaturbate ... the Chaturbate rules that forbid members from using non-Chaturbate platforms to send money to someone do not apply to people who do not have Chaturbate accounts.

NOTE: We made sure to use only Chaturbate when we had CB accounts. All the money was used to buy Chaturbate tokens ... we did not do any monetary transactions on any platform other than Chaturbate.

Here's your boogeyman (I'm guessing)

  1. You will not reveal any personally identifiable information (or what you believe to be personally identifiable information) about any Community Member (i.e. doxing) or request any such information
Her using your credit card to buy tokens on her account is a serious no no. Period. End of story.

"Doxing (short for "dropping dox" or documents) is the act of publicly revealing private or identifying information about an individual online without their consent."

No doxing occurred.

I feel sorry for any camsite support team over shit like this. Like every industry's support sees people making stupid moves and then playing stupid on top of it, but damn you get porn involved or anything horny and its just another level! It's just arrogance and egotism on full display.

Whatever occured, CB Support determined it was a violation of rules. You indicated the model was banned & Support will no longer talk to her. Obviously they are standing firm on their decision. No more review.

Yeah, it sounds like a rule was broken, and as the Viewer, you really don't know this model's history with the site. Usually sites completely ban over serious infractions, and I'm sure you were not the only only shows she was giving. They have all this stuff written into the small print. Whether it's fair or not, you both already signed off on it. Sorry for your loss. If it was a broken rule with another client CB is not going to tell you, and likely she won't either. All the live cam sites do this upon ban, from what I've heard. It's more rare for them to ban a model then pay them out regardless, usually they keep the balance.

No doxing occurred, and the model did not even ask me for my credit card information. Vixexen81 posted a rule that she alleged was broken, but it wasn't. Vixxen81 was simply wrong. She doesn't know what happened, but acts like she does.

The non-admin people on this site seem to be completely toxic. Certainly not helpful.
It is just that you were asked if you were that guy who sent his credit card info to a model. Since you didn't say no, some of us assumed you were actually that guy. But you say you're not--that is ok--do you mind sharing what actually happened?
