Hello @Stella_SC : a stripchat model who I am a knight for private show videos somehow disappeared from her fan club room last week. she told me that she never deleted them , they somehow were removed from her fan club. This model and her studio owner repeatedly contacted stripchat maangement for help, but so far it's been over 1 week and still no response form stripchat management..what cause this to happen and what can this model do to get her private show videos restored back to her stripchat fan club?

I'm thinking there may have been some type of glitch or the SC moderation team may have deleted the videos themselves either by mistake or because they may have found a violation.

I am wondering if they are using the correct procedure to contact Support? The model or studio will have to contact Support directly for assistance. They will need to go to Support & FAQ on our Stripchat page --> Contact Support.
Alternatively, I am happy to take a look for the model if she is able to contact me directly. I am assuming that the videos were removed by the Moderation team for some sort of violation (and if that is the case, the model will receive an email to her Stripchat registered email).

Thank you very much for your help...i have 1 last question 1 of the membrrs that the model i am a knight for banned a member who told her he want to rape her...will stripchat managemebt at least respmd that compiant of her...he pm her on stripchat....cant stripchat read for themselves ..that member exact threats and rude behavior?

The stripchat models name is veronadine02 , who i am a knight for trying to help...she nor her studio boss never received a email from stripchat.
All of her private show videos were in compliance with stripchat rules ... we appreciate all the hemp you can give ..thank you for all of your help

How would the model be able to connect you on stripchat? She been contacting stripchat management from stripchat ...what is stripchat mamagement email address? Do you feel an email would be best?

So when models contact Support (for any reason), they will receive an email to their Stripchat registered email. These emails may sometimes end up in the junk or spam folder due to the recipient’s email provider’s filtering settings. We recommend checking these folders if the email is not found in the inbox.
Please feel free to let the model know that she is welcome to contact me directly if she needs any assistance. This would allow me to better understand her situation and provide more direct support, as there may be limitations to the assistance I can offer through a third party. I will let the model know . Stella_SC thank you answering my questiosn on the models behalf. she has only been a model on stripchat for a few months. I've have been a knight to several models for the past 4 years....sometimes studio managers and studio owners do not teach their new models the basics to help their new models avoid situations with members who often prey on new models..
