Hello! @punker barbie I am a site model for more than 3 years! 17 days ago I was blocked by the site! Every day I sent SMS to them in support from different mail, the automatic letter comes almost immediately, but they never wrote to me! can you help?

The automatic reply is just to let you know that they have received your email. Stop sending new emails to them everyday because that just puts you to the back of the line again. They will respond but it might take them 2 or 3 days. They answer all emails in order as they are received and every time you send a new email you get moved to the back of the queue.

If you have not received a reply within 7 days then by all means do send in an email again.

I know that every time I have needed to send an email to them it has taken 2 to 3 days to get a response other than the automatic one that they have gotten my email
