6) if he's paying $200 a month for that forum... he's being raped. I know a few server owners personally who will set up and maintain a phpBB forum starting at $6 a month, and up depending on what you wanna do with it. A simple business front forum isnt $200 a month.
7) If he's paying $700 "for visa" a month then he's going to lose his shirt with this deal. You'll never get $700 er... $900 a month in paid members to keep the lights on.

The way you speak means a lot to those of us who value professionalism.
Models don't want to have to provide their own traffic, nor should they have to. That's what the site is there for. To provide traffic. I don't want to bring my twitter following to a new site when they are perfectly fine buying from me where they have been.
What you don't get is that YOU don't deserve a cut. By YOU, I mean your friend/your site/his site/whatever. We've all signed up for the sites we're on for whatever reasons we signed up. We don't have a problem with the site taking a cut. Members have a problem with the site taking a cut.
Charging a member $30 (of which a model would get $18 after the site takes a cut and taxes assuming it's still the aforementioned 80%) for access to all her videos actually makes them CHEAPER and therefore a model makes LESS.
I'm not saying that you're out to scam us. I'm just looking for answers. I'm also not looking to PM you because I don't want to work for my answers. That's your job, to hustle and garner interest in your (your friends) site.

You repeatedly calling the members "pervs" is not a good way to attract male traffic to go there and buy videos from models to begin with. Why would a model want to sign up for a site where they obviously don't care about respecting the members also? The road has to go both ways anywhere. If exclusive content is stolen we seek legal action. DMCAs will be filed if EXCLUSIVE content is stolen, yes. If a customer uses a stolen credit card, its fraud. The payment processor, and us work to handle that. what if a minor joins? What if a minor joins any site, how does anybody really know who is, or isnt a minor? And we verify they are who they say they are by two forms of ID, just like any other website does. And my SSL, or site security number quite frankly I don't believe is anybodies business. You can ask all the troll questions you want. We know what we're doing and simpy won't answer just any troll question. We're legit, nothing less, nothing more.
