My Account Has Been Banned (Chaturbate) [Not Regular Type of Issue]

Hello everyone.

I would really appreciate any advice or help.

I am trying to complete verification on Chaturbate, but my account was banned immediately after my documents were reviewed.

I have a Belarusian passport, but I currently live in Russia. I submitted my real documents and was simply trying to verify my age and identity. I have not violated any platform rules, and I had not even started streaming when the ban occurred.

I have contacted support multiple times (not single day, I know they can delay answer if they have many requests), but so far I have only received automated responses and have not been given a clear explanation of why I cannot complete verification.

What confuses me is that this does not seem to be a simple issue related to my age or documents. Belarusian passports are accepted by many platforms, so I do not understand why my account was banned without any explanation.

I am not trying to bypass any rules. I simply want to work on the platform and build my audience here because I find Chaturbate's traffic and payment system much more suitable for my situation than other sites.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a specific department, moderator, or support contact that can review cases like this?

This feels incredibly unfair and frustrating.

What hurts the most is that nobody seems interested in addressing this issue or even explaining what is happening. If Belarusian documents are not accepted for some reason, why is that not clearly stated in the rules or during the verification process?

I honestly feel powerless. I've spent so much time trying to resolve this, yet I cannot get a clear answer from anyone. I am not asking for special treatment. I simply want to verify my age and identity like everyone else.

From my perspective, this feels like I am being treated differently because of where I am from, and that is extremely difficult to accept. I have done nothing wrong, I have not broken any rules, and I have not even started streaming.

All I want is a fair review of my documents and a clear explanation of what the actual problem is.
