Hi @punker barbie , My account is banned and I'm hoping for your kindness regarding this matter. I actually sent an email to the support team and I'm asking for your help since you are merciful and you are understandable regarding the account being banned. It wasn't my intention and I swear that I will never do this again. I'm begging for your mercy and help me to reactivate my account.

This is my first violation and I hope that there will be a one time consideration and I promise that I will nnot do it again.

It was an honest mistake and I just said the word "meet" since the customer is asking it. I just wanted to make a living, however, it was a violation in the platform. I'm truly devastated now, and I'm asking for a one-time consideration regarding this matter and hoping that @punker barbie will be help me and I promise that I will never do it again. The word "meet" by itself isn't necessarily a violation. Context matters.

Chaturbate prohibits using the platform to arrange or facilitate compensated in-person meetings, including escorting services or dating offers, as well as soliciting off-platform payments or other compensation.

There's a difference between casually discussing meeting someone socially, such as for dinner, and offering or arranging an in-person encounter in exchange for compensation.

What exactly did you say to the customer, and in what context? If you're comfortable sharing the wording of the message that led to the ban, it may help experienced members here better understand the situation and offer relevant advice.

Ultimately, Chaturbate Support will determine whether the message violated its rules, but a little more context would help the community understand what happened.
