Good day to everyone! We have been working for 5 years, but on this day we were blocked and we cannot add our passports, no matter how many times we upload them... The support team does not respond quickly and does not provide a clear explanation for our block, even though there were no violations in principle!

Unfortunately, the submitted identification has not been accepted. Although your identification is valid, your photo does not appear to be sufficiently recent and recognizable. You are welcome to submit an updated government-issued photo identification or other form of government-issued photo identification with a more recent and recognizable photo of you.

According to our laws, we do not have the right to change photos on documents, only every 20 years.

Just as darthro says, CB don't care about why you don't have a suitable ID--they will ask for it as a non-negotiable requisite. So maybe your current ID gets lost or stolen...

Our passports were acceptable for 5 years and suddenly became unacceptable..How did it happen???

They already told you why they won't be accepting that particular ID.
A similar thing happened to me but when I asked for a reason, they told me instead that I needed to provide a different ID--point.
Bottom line is that if they don't like it, then they don't like it and she needs another ID. Unlikely you'd make them think otherwise. It is what it is :/
