My account is permanently banned

Hello @punker barbie my username is Pretty_rennie my account was banned on 20th may and I got a response on 18 June that am permanently banned which was a misunderstanding ,,during my night broadcast on 19th may the user listed on the email came and asked about role play thing and ho honestly I didnt have any idea about i went to Google and to my thought was exchanging house chore roles between mom and son and he didnt mention the age so the minor thing did not clock my mind,,he left and came back and he had said we go for a private show chat and I agreed which am sorry about it I didnt know ow by then but after I got a site warning from the administration I learnt that it was against the terms of service and immediately after responding to the warning he requested private chat show and accepted having known now its against the terms of service the first thing I did was to tell him I cant do it its against the terms of service and honestly I asked him to choose what else I can do for him that is allowed by the terms of service we agreed on mustarbation and thats what we did ,,i would please plead with you to please replay my recorded private show in the buyers collection and review all the messages during the private show chat you will see am innocent and its just a misunderstanding,,that recording of the private show on 19th may night broadcast and the conversation during the private show session is my only evidence to prove am innocent ,,am pleading with you to please review again and reconsider the action of lifting the ban so I resume working,,If my mistake was going to private show chat with that user even after the warning I apologise and it won't repeat again from the bottom of my heart ,,I will always abide by the terms of service,,thanks in advance looking forward to your response Please help me @punker barbie Regards Pretty_rennie my ticket number is 24448578
