This other user who I believe was using AI-generated images was unacceptable and so I promptly kicked him out.

I certainly don't want to have my person with such serious accusations, I wouldn't want to turn to the judicial laws to clear my name.

If Chaturbate Support terminated your account and banned you permanently from Chaturbate then that's the end. You are permanently Banned.
Obviously, they reviewed and considered everything they felt necessary to come to that decision.

IMO, you continuing to pursue this on this forum will not be beneficial to you.

Yep. No one would know anything about this if the post had never been made. And OP you have zero recourse regarding the law. It's a private business. They can do whatever they want.

I'll explain what happened to be fair to everyone.

Another user uploaded prohibited generated images to me.
Do you agree that I have to open them to understand that they're prohibited?
so I acted correctly by chasing away the bad guy

if they don't want my account that's fine, no problem

But my real self person was also banned from the platform.
I'm a rule-abiding person, so I'd like to be reinstated,
regardless of the loss of my account.

I apologize if my reasoning is flawed.
I hope in solidarity that my person will be readmitted in the future, certain of my correct behavior
