Hi @punker barbie , I hope you're doing well. A little over two weeks ago my account was banned and I still don't understand the reason. I'm not even a model — I'm just a user since 2019 who spends time with his favorite models every week and supports them.
The only thing I did differently was start a stream from my account, but it was password protected and there was only one person in the room — a model who is a friend of mine. I didn't do anything unusual or against the rules. My feeling is that it may have been because I had my TV on in the background, but if that's the case, it was honestly a silly mistake — I had no idea that wasn't allowed, and it was never intentional.
I've been a pretty active user since 2019 and I always try to support my favorite models. If I did something wrong, it was an honest mistake on my part without any bad intention. Support has not responded since I opened a ticket about this issue. I hope this can be resolved — thank you so much, best regards.
