Hey everyone, I really need some advice on how the Trust & Safety team actually operates because I am completely losing my mind and my digital life has been ruined.

Here is the full story: I am strictly a long-time, high-tier financial supporter. I never broadcast. There is a very malicious cyber-stalker who has been relentlessly harassing a specific creator that I support. Because I am one of her main supporters, this stalker decided to target me in order to cut off her income and completely isolate her.

Here is how he did it: This stalker managed to hack my primary email address. He then used my compromised credentials to intentionally commit severe Terms of Service (ToS) violations under my digital identity. He basically used my clean account as a human shield to do illegal things.

His plan worked perfectly. The automated moderation system flagged the violations and permanently banned my supporter account. He successfully weaponized the platform's own security system to destroy me.

Here is my biggest problem right now: I have absolute proof of my innocence (massive IP mismatches, proof of the email hack, geographical differences). I have sent multiple, highly detailed emails to Support over the last few days trying to explain this framing attack.

The result? Absolute silence. I have received ZERO responses. Not even a human acknowledgment.

I am devastated and stuck in a nightmare. My questions for the experienced members here:

  1. Does sending multiple emails to Support push me to the back of the queue, or did I get shadowbanned by their spam filter?
  2. How can I get a real human at to look at the IP login logs? The logs will clearly show the violations came from the hacker's location, not mine.
  3. Has anyone ever survived a targeted identity theft/framing attack like this? What is the secret to getting Support to actually read the evidence?
Any help or insight would be deeply appreciated.
