Hello, I reached out to support a few weeks ago, no response. I was by myself, with no viewers. I think it was b/c I was bored and typing a song and the AI banned the room. The username is " Please_Tip_Me " , @punker barbie .. please help me remove the ban.... thanks...

Support has never responded... I checked all my messages, spam included... Only E-mail I've ever gotten was the automatic E-mail weeks ago... Can you please give them a nudge and ask an agent to respond today? Awaiting your reply. Thank You

Would love to understand what happened, I was sitting in my room, wearing all my clothes, doing nothing of note, then my room was banned?

I've noticed a trend on posts, of replies from "CB Support Reps" , not coming through for many people / only the Automatic E-mail.

Is this a site glitch or?

Any way for you to send a manual E-mail to me for assistance?

Can you ask someone to send a manual E-mail... I'm still getting the Payment E-mails and all else... No reply is coming from " Support@Chaturbate.com " ...
The reply IS the automated reply you received. Look, you're not going to get escalated help here. You sent another email and it put you at the end of the line. CB gets an insane amount of support tickets every day. You'll get a response eventually.

The automated reply, has no ticket number.... it's just an automated reply... also... she said a new Ticket Number was opened today / E-mail sent... and nothing has shown up... this seems like a Tech Problem on their end... I just want to be able to stream ...

At the bottom of your email there may be a "did this answer your question?" part. You can hit yes or no . Hitting no may allow you to get further in the process. But as stated above they get so many of these a day it's probably hard to answer everyone quickly.

Also if that email is important to you, it's probably better not to share it so openly...
