Hello. My account was suspended because I write about my mental health (self-harm ) and go to therapy, I didn't know that it was not allowed to talk about it. Support said that I should contact them when I was ready to come back and I wrote that I was ready and apologized for this situation, but for a week now I have not received a response.

Hello,

I would like to follow up regarding my account suspension. On September 16th, cb team asked me to confirm that I was okay and ready to return to the community. I replied and confirmed this, but I never received a response and my account has not been unblocked.

I wrote again on September 19th but did not receive any reply for six days. Tomorrow I sent another message and I am still waiting for a response.

Could you please let me know the status of my request and if there is anything else I need to do to restore my account?
