Suggestion #1 is always to try uninstalling and reinstalling.
Suggestion #2 is to email mfc, subject line with "Technical Support needed-" and then put your model name after the - (Mine would be "Technical Support Needed- Model LadyLuna")
Keep your email very specific. Explain that you've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and exactly how everything was working before and how it's not working now.
Random thought: they'll probably ask you to check your firewall and antivirus settings as well.
So, this is what I come up with based on the info you've given me:
(assume you tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and making sure java and adobe flash were both installed in internet explorer and updated completely, and that you have actually done everything I'm about to list, because these are the things they will ask you to do if you haven't already)
"I recently had to switch from stable internet to temporary internet. My camera was working fine before, but now, I just get a white screen when I log in.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both my camera and the internet card. I have checked my firewall and antivirus and they do allow my camera to interact. I have checked the settings in the MFC software and it is still correctly identifying my camera. I have checked the settings of my camera outside MFC, and it works fine. Please help!
Thank you,
(model name)
aka (real name)"
Suggestion #3: verify with Amber to get model status in the forums, and be allowed into the models only section.
