My CB account got banned while streaming and I'm not sure why :((

So there I was streaming and chatting with people and some friends then I have this streaming problem and when I refresh my page on the browser, it says that my account got banned..


I got this message:

And this is all I see every time I try to log in to my account now..

I have contacted support through email asking what happend and I have received an automated response.
Could you please help me @punker barbie ? I hope I'm not bothering you too much with this request. Thanks a lot.

I cannot believe they STILL are not giving more of an explanation right off the bat when this happens. I thought @punker barbie was going to have this updated a while ago. How many fewer tickets, emails, forum posts would exist if people just understood what happened without having to track down you or support for answers.

There seems so many accounts getting banned by cb lately for whatever reason mine was once about a year ago just because my cat ran past me on cam,so now I shut her out yet I see loads chilling with cats and dogs on background but of one rule for one I feel

This is purely speculation, but I wonder if the recent crackdown on Pornhub (and possibly other sex-centered sites) has made CB try to take a stance of 'ban first, sort it out later.' This is also considering the whole 'exhibitionist' feature thing being much more regulated with recent changes. It's sort of like an appeal to stakeholders / credit card companies to say "we have control of our platform and we regulate it well. Please don't cancel us."

Then I stand corrected. I haven't been on CB long enough to know I guess. Turns out CB support just sucks after all lol

I remember once three or four years ago I didn't broadcast for ages, just occasionally logged in, then once I logged in and I was banned! Got into a complete panic as I had tokens in the account, then randomly two days later was unbanned. Strange site!
