my CB got banned without reason..

Hello, dear Support Team... I was streaming without breaking any rules, and out of the blue I got banned... My username is _aoki_. Support said the reason for the ban was self-harm... But I didn’t do anything on camera—most likely, the ban was for a bruise on my butt and the spanking during the show, not for the bruise itself... I got it when I accidentally fell, and not during the show... I think this ban is unfair...
