My account was banned. I got the message about my ID verification because of my expired passport. I provided my new passport. 2 days ago my account was suspended. I contacted support and they gave me a default email to reupload my identification. I did(passport and drivers license - my id is being reissued which will probably take another few months) but now my account was banned.
