Yesterday I received an email from Chaturbate informing me that my payment had been withheld because I had breached the terms and conditions when I let them know that it will not happen again I would not be released.
The truth is that it is totally my fault for not having read the terms and conditions and I have all the intentions to apologize and challenge myself. I have sent the email but I still have no response and I am afraid that they will not make the payment only because of a beginner's mistake.
@punker barbie I see you are the CB support rep and I know that you must read hundreds of messages like mine but I would be very grateful to be blessed for your help,
