Hi @AmberCutie @punker barbie please help me! my account on CB (Asiankittenxo) is banned and I'm not sure what happened.
Earlier that evening, I had finished my stream and left my account in away mode before leaving the room for about one hour. When I returned, I was dressed in casual sleepwear (long shorts and a sports bra) and preparing for bed. At that time, my son briefly entered the room.
For reasons I don’t fully understand, the camera appears to have turned on unexpectedly.
My husband, who was not home at the time, noticed from his phone that my account had gone online and immediately called me. The stream appeared to be live for only about one minute. As soon as he called, I became aware of the situation and immediately closed the laptop. And right there I received "Banned" notification on my profile.
This was completely unintentional. I had already ended my stream earlier and was unaware the camera had turned on. I take this matter very seriously and would never knowingly allow a minor to appear on camera.
I hope I can get a help to unbanned my CB.
