New Chaturbate account banned

Hi, someone told me to tag you here @punker barbie! I created an account for the first time 4 days ago, my boyfriend was helping me set up OBS for streaming, and when we did a camera test, he pressed “start streaming” instead of “start recording.” It was less than a minute before we realized and ended the stream. I know Chaturbate's rules, and I know that no one can be there without verification, so that was probably the reason for the ban... I have the “New” tag and would like to take advantage of it, but I haven't heard back from support yet. My account name is Velvetbluedoll. I really appreciate any help you can give me!

Hi! Just saw it but it says the following "We have reason to believe you have provided us with altered identification or assisted others in providing us with false identification or identification which does not belong to them, which is a serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms and, likely, applicable law. Due to this serious violation, your accounts were terminated and you were permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform."

This probably happened because when my account appeared to be suspended, I tried to upload my boyfriend's document (he is of legal age) since I knew that could have been the problem, but just when I uploaded it, my account went from suspended to permanently banned... Is it still possible to respond to support explaining this? Or is it already a closed case? I really wanted to get started on CB... Thank you very much for your response.
