That is great news. There is no greater loss then losing a child. I know from personal experance I lost twin neeborn baby boys. How I wished for this to happen with my boys.

i read this on yahoo and i thought i hope that woman gets every penny they have. how the fuck do you miss that? they said they had a group of people declare the infant dead. had the woman not wanted to see the baby the baby wouldve died in a cold drawer alone. i take a good amount of joy in knowing everyone involved was fired. how hard is it to declare someone dead?

Perhaps the first doctor declared the baby deceased, and then everyone else just kind of went along with it? Not out of malice or anything, but doctors can be under a lot of pressure and really rushed, so if one person makes the decision perhaps everyone else had a bit of confirmation bias and agreed.

They weren't actually fired, just "suspended" and I really hope justice is done here. On one hand it does seem a bit cruel to cripple someone's life and career over one mistake, but a very serious one it was. Never mind that the parents found their baby; the child was essentially sentenced to death and was saved by happenstance.

Read this yesterday and was shocked. I can't imagine how those poor parents felt. :crybaby:

If I was that mother I would never let her out of my sight again. Normally I'm not one for suing but by god I hope they win the whole damn hospital.
