More than six months ago I belonged to a studio where I signed an agreement which said that after leaving said studio I would have to wait 6 months to open a new account. with me as the main person, when I left said study I chose to open an account with a partner which the page took as an attempt to open with another document, I have sent supports and so on, having already passed the 6 months after leaving the studio, I opened it again and it still won't let me, I don't know the real reason why it hasn't been possible for me to open it.

The reason for your rejection is because the photo that you submit and the photo on your document must match, and they did not. Or rather, more than one person attempted to submit the same document, across multiple accounts.
