Hello,

I have not received any payments to my Cosmo Payment account with the SAN account number since June - I have received payments from other platforms so I do know that my account is working. I have always switched tokens to cash before the time so I don't believe that is the problem.
  • Jun 1, 2026 – Jun 15, 2026: 13,991 tokens
  • Jun 16, 2026 – Jun 30, 2026: 4,807 tokens
Additionally, I am experiencing trouble logging into my payment information - I am using my authenticator app, which was working yesterday morning, as I wanted to confirm my details were correct, but since mailing support it is currently preventing me from accessing my details. I had opened a support case yesterday and they said that they had made a payment of $239.35 yesterday (which would be for the latter period, but not the 1st period) which is still not reflecting.

Have there been issues with payments, as this makes me worried.
