No record of last privat show

I have the problem, that i did not get a record of my last privat show in my collection. I`m a viewer.
Everything was enabled to record it when i clicked for privat show.
This is the first time this happend to me in many years.

Maybe I can get some help here for it, that would be great.

I think this is fair, since you still got to WATCH the private show when it happened. It's not like you purchased a video and got nothing. You purchased a show, and the bonus feature of the recording failed. Getting any refund at all should be seen as extremely fortunate.

It was not a complaint from me, that I did not receive all the tokens back. I just wanted to mention it.

But recording the show is important to me, not just a bonus. Without that option, I wouldn't book or pay for a private show.
