I'm not understanding the logistics of this dress. How is it so tight in the back that it's giving her back pudge around her bra straps but extremely loose in the front? Something isn't adding up.

It kinda does this drape/wrap/coverup thing in the front...

It's just a horrible fit all around.
She has enough money for a wardrobe assistant.

Well, it is kind of her fault for picking material that looks like it came from a couch.... If she'd have picked something with that print but had other material as well (like a mostly black dress with that print as accents or something) then it wouldn't have looked bad.
