I tried to purchase some tokens on CB, the site stated an error occurred, so I tried again - then the same error occurred (so I finished off somewhere else), but now I received notice that 2x79,99 USD was transferred from my bank to CB, but I have not received anything. My account was new, and I created it for a one time use only, so I am not in the need of these tokens. So I just want my money back, what can I expect? And what do I do? I have contacted support, no luck yet.
