I am contacting you regarding my account korea_s. I am unable to access the account because I have forgotten the password.

I also do not have access to the old email address, as it was a studio email and I no longer have access to it.

Ticket number: KN21X0-KE2K5.

Could you please advise on possible ways to recover the account or change the email address? I am ready to verify my identity in any way required. Thank you.

I would like to clarify that I am not necessarily asking to recover my old account. I understand that I may no longer have access to it.

My main request is to ask if it would be possible for me to open a new account, as I no longer have access to the old email (it was managed by a studio).

I also want to clarify that I am unable to create a new account with a different surname, as I have recently returned to my maiden name.

I am ready to verify my identity and follow all the rules. I just want to continue working on the platform properly.

I would be very grateful if you could help me resolve this situation.

Earlier, your support team informed me that I need to contact you using the email address linked to my account. Unfortunately, that email was provided by a studio, and I no longer have access to it, as I am no longer in contact with the studio.

However, I am ready to verify that the account korea_s belongs to me through alternative methods — I can provide my ID, personal photos, or any other necessary information.

It has already been several days, but I still have not received a response. Could you please let me know if I should expect a reply to my request, or if there is a possibility that it may remain unanswered?

Today I received a response from Chaturbate support regarding the account ban. However, I would like to explain that I did not control these actions, as the account was fully managed by the studio. The attached email also belonged to the studio, and all payments were handled by the studio as well.

I was never informed about any violations or warnings from support.

I am ready to complete any additional identity verification if necessary.

I sincerely respect Chaturbate’s rules and I would be very grateful if my situation could be reviewed and if there is any possibility to improve this situation.

Hello again.

My account “korea_s” was banned in 2022 when I went on maternity leave. I did not know about the ban at that time. I only found out about the ban years later. As soon as I found out, I immediately contacted Chaturbate Support.

The situation was explained to me. I never had any intention to violate the platform rules or mislead anyone.

At that time I was working with a studio, the email address was owned by the studio, and the payouts were also managed through the studio. The email was studio-owned as well, so I could not receive warnings from the platform, and the studio never informed me about any warnings. I no longer work with that studio.

I sincerely apologize and ask you to please give me the opportunity to create a new account and work according to all Chaturbate rules using only my own documents and information.

Can you please help me and tell me who else I can contact so that my situation can be reviewed and I may have the opportunity to receive permission to open a new account?

as the rep noted above, CB support is no longer willing to help. You need to move on from CB. Locking thread and limiting future posts to avoid spamming my forum.
