Payment delayed long time

Hi it’s me again. I already uploaded the utility bill to prove my residency like support asked. Last time they took three weeks to answer and then they disappeared again and this is a matter of whether I’m going to live on the street or not. When will they approve this and just let be breath out ? My next payout is July 31st ( 3rd + missing 2) please help me get this fixed before then. Thanks to you guys, as soon as you told me you were looking into it, they answered me directly. I’m truly grateful for the time you both take to help me and all the models out there @punker barbie @AmberCutie
