I've been working off and on stripchat for a couple of months. I never had any issues with late payments. I use Paxum as well.
I looked at my account today, because I always receive my money into my paxum account between 7am to 8am European time (paris) and it still says WAITING. Isn't this an issue with stripchat and not the banks that send it over because it's in a waiting status at stripchat? I have bills to be paid and food to be bought. So, I'm completely freaking out.
