I've been waiting for a payment from CB to come through and was asked to submit a W9 form yesterday. I recently change my username from Valerie_James3 to Va1erie and I think it may have caused issues with payment. I have already submitted the document and sent it back to CB Support along with the payout info. It worked seamlessly for years so hoping we can resolve this soon!
