Payout reguested on August 13, not received the funds until now

Hello @punker barbie,
On August 13 I have requested a daily payout (on cosmmo payment, like usual) and until today I haven't received the funds or any reply to the support ticket. Since, I have made another 2 daily payout requests that were sent and received in a few hours. What is weird is that I haven't received the usual "payment has been sent" email either, like the payout was never released.
Can you please check? Username is webchrissy.
