Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Not exactly a sexy topic so figured this be the place for it. :whistle:

Over 50% of women will have it in form or another due to weakening pelvic floor muscles from child birth, aging, etc., so thought it might be of interest for women especially to see these short vids. It will take approximately 10 minutes total to watch all three. There is nothing disgustingly graphic in them and there is also a demonstration of a super kegel at the end of part 3 which many women may not be aware of.

i've got these "love balls"... got them to train those muscles.. also my physical therapist gave me some exercises to keep em strong..
