Permanent Ban for “Using Someone Else’s ID” – But It Was My Own

Hello,

I am a returning broadcaster (last streamed 4 years ago) and I’m facing a permanent ban that I believe may be based on a misunderstanding.

The Situation:

- I returned after a 4-year break and mistakenly created a new account instead of recovering my old ones.
- This account got banned without any prior warning or explanation immediately after uploading my ID
- I then recovered one of my original accounts and submitted my ID for re-verification as requested by support.
- Immediately after, I received a permanent ban for "The use of one or more forms of identification belonging to someone else, with the intent to misrepresent identity or gain unauthorized access."

I was genuinely shocked by this accusation.

I want to state clearly: I have only used my own legal ID (the same ID card) for every account I have ever created. I have never used anyone else’s documents. I suspect the system failed to match my current appearance with my 4-year-old records, leading to a false identity fraud.

I fully respect Chaturbate’s rules and never intended to bypass any policies. I am only seeking to operate one single account and willing to prove my identity through any means necessary: live video verification/ video holding my ID/ or even a direct video call.

I am a real person, the sole owner of my ID, and a loyal broadcaster trying to come back. If anyone can review this case or advise me on what can be done, I would deeply appreciate it.

Actually, I have not received a respond from the Support team after their message accusing me of “using someone else’s identification.” I did not submit a new ticket after that statement, as it is a very serious allegation, and I was unsure how to proceed — which is why I decided to ask for help here.

I understand that the chances of reinstatement may be low. However, it is very upsetting to be permanently banned for something I have never done. I genuinely do not understand how this conclusion was reached, as I personally completed the entire verification process using my own valid documents, and I am the sole owner of all the accounts mentioned.

Is there any way to request a manual human review of the documents I submitted? I am fully willing to prove my identity in any way required.
