My username is Roxiee_Vice. I recently got married and legally changed my last name. Because of this name change, my account is currently marked as ineligible to broadcast, even though my ID was approved. The system shows the following message: “This person is ineligible to broadcast. Please contact support@chaturbate.com.”
I submitted my updated documents (marriage certificate and birth certificate), but I have not yet received a response.
I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter so I can resume streaming.
