hi, me and my girlfriend haven’t streamed since may 2025, we came on to stream today to see that for me it says person ineligible - i’ve sent a message to support but forgot to put details on the message so have had to send another… any help or advice?

Hi @cumlovingsluts, for now the only thing you can do is wait for support to answer you. Don't send them any more messages and don't make any new accounts. "Ineligible to broadcast" usually means something related to your ID, so if you have a different ID than the one you already submitted, it could be useful to have it ready for when their answer comes. Support usually takes from a few days up to a week or more to answer so try to be patient.
