I hope you can help, as the support team doesn’t seem to hear us and keeps replying with template responses.

There are two models facing the same issue: Person Code: 0KOuOQ (missy_sinn) and MJCNjw (randysinn).

Both previously worked with dishonest studio owners who intentionally allowed unregistered people to stream
on their accounts after the models left.Neither of them has access to their previous accounts, and any streams
were done without their knowledge or consent.
The accounts are controlled by the studio, and they should be held responsible in the first place.

We sincerely hope for a fair resolution and the opportunity for these models to continue working honestly on the platform.

@AmberCutie I’m asking for the community’s help because the platform’s decisions in these situations feel very unfair. Models can lose their accounts due to someone else appearing on camera, even when it’s completely out of their control.

This often happens with models who previously worked in studios. After they leave, some studio owners deliberately allow unregistered people to stream on those accounts. The model no longer has access, doesn’t know it’s happening, and has no way to prevent it yet still faces the consequences.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to hold the account or the studio responsible, rather than the model who has no control over the situation?

I’ve contacted support multiple times, but I keep receiving automated responses and no real help. I would truly appreciate any support in bringing attention to this issue and finding a fair solution.

Yes, the model did and befor it really worked but now the answer of the support is:

After careful review, we could not confirm any recent ID submissions for the unverified broadcaster who appeared on your account. Once an independent broadcaster who is not age-verified appears on camera, the only way to reactivate the ability to broadcast is to have the unverified individual who appeared on your broadcast upload their ID for age verification at https://chaturbate.com/identity/.

As noted in the Chaturbate Terms, you are responsible for all activity through your account, including ensuring that each and every individual who appears through your account provides age verification prior to appearing.

Until you are able to provide an ID for the age verification process for the unverified independent broadcaster that appeared on your cam, your account’s broadcasting ability will remain suspended. Please note that removing your ID or creating new accounts will not circumvent this restriction.

Please let us know once you have uploaded this ID so that we are able to assist you further. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

If the model in questions was able to have their identification be removed from any studio accounts BEFORE creating a new solo account, then the argument CB is stating doesn't make sense. Why would a model NOT associated with an account anymore have to deal with whatever is happening to said account? What seems to have happened was that this model was still associated with the studio account when another unregistered individual appeared on cam. In that case, unfortunately, it's gonna be tough to resolve... especially if it done so maliciously by the studio. That's why I ALWAYS suggest to models leaving studios to make sure their identifications are no longer associated with any studio accounts BEFORE creating solo accounts.
