I love Person of Interest, though I'm not as happy with the direction it's gone in the last season, but I still enjoy it.

I'm just in the back end of the third and its certainly changed direction since mid season. The writing is also getting pretty annoying and the epic one liners have dried up. I will need to check and see what has changed.

I won't give anything away, unless you ask, but this week's episode was one of the best of the whole series. I was really sitting on the edge of my chair.

I'm into the 4th season now. Its picking up. Shaw is definitely Parker from Leverage.

Yeah, like Hapa said, the show's taking a radical turn this season, I kind of hope it gets back on the old track. lol

4/11 Well that sucked :D

Ha! In some ways...I just hope Shaw makes it out alive. Gotta admit, if she's still alive, and they do rescue her, it'll make 11 great. :)

Nah, Sarah is pregnant with twins. The ending was ambiguous, but she says she is giving up acting for a couple years. She might come back for cameos or flashbacks, but a full return is unlikely.

The new Parker from Leverage is probably someone on The Librarians. Since it's by the same team as Leverage, and even has Christian Kane...

Anyway... I enjoy the way POI is going this season, though, it kind of feels like a last season, maybe?

 Then they're really toying with us in Episode 12. What I don't like about the new way things are going, the program is becoming more like a serial, whereas I prefer each episode to be more self-contained, with a conclusion with stories extending over two or three episodes only now and then.

OK, that was fun :) I like the longer story arcs compared to the self contained episodes.

Not according to the writers. No end in sight as far as they are concerned, with the only character guaranteed to survive being Bear.

It makes me unreasonably happy Bear is guaranteed to survive.

Marathoning this now on Red's recommendation and quite enjoying it. I'll be back when I'm caught up and unspoilable.

Love the premise, and particularly pleased introduction of Amy Acker and Sarah Shahi's characters.

Oh dear. 4/13 has a rather Skynet vibe going. The end is very interesting given what is happening outside the show.

An interview with Shaw's actor Sarah Shahi.

I predict that for the time being at least, the lady cop who doesn't want any help...will end up being a de facto Shaw stand in, but she'll have to develop a unique character to work.

Obviously, but she isn't going to be getting all the eye fucking and innuendo that Root has been giving Shaw.

Yeah Root and Shaw were very quickly becoming one of my favourite tv couples with their whole "will they, wont they" thing going on.

Maybe Root will move onto the new cop and have a love triangle with Fusco

Oy. I'm glad it looks like Shaw is back to stay, but why'd they have to kill off Root? I'll miss her walking into a dangerous scene with two guns blazing.

Will Shaw now develop a "personal relationship" with The Machine?

I was slightly more mad about Elias in that ep. Possibly cause I was thinking right before he was offed "It's good to have Keith Mars in something he's not a total shitbag of a person in." (iZombie) But, with 3 more episodes, I'm sure most everyone will die at this point, so I guess I've kind of accepted it.
