Hello Ma'am/Sir, Amber
My broadcaster code is pZzrx8 and my DOB is 2007-05-02.
My account shows "Person Ineligible" and I cannot start broadcasting. I would like to know the exact violation.
I believe my last ID photo may have had another person in the background. I am ready to submit a new clear verification photo with only me, no other person, with plain background.
I am willing to submit any ID you need - Philippines ID Card, Passport, and a selfie holding my ID with a handwritten note.
Please let me know what I need to resubmit to lift the suspension.
Thank you,
