Placed In protective suspension, although your suspension has been lifted at this time but my account is still banned?

Username Joaqu7n, I'm confused why my account is still banned after recieveing a message saying that I was in protective suspension and that its been lifted.

I had an argument with a creator after she insulted me by saying I needed professional help after she disagreed with a statement I made. I then said some things and felt horrible afterwards. I went back and apologized and explained to her my situation that she already knew I was going through and that I was drinking and felt suicidal a little. She accepted my apology and I agreed to get some help and I wished her well as she did with me.

I am aware what I did and made amends with her. I plan to never lash out like this again. Please help me get my account back.

Hi, you may reply to that same email. Just tell them that in their last message they notified you that the suspension has been lifted but it's actually not. If everything is alright they'll lift the suspension or provide you with further information.

I'm not one to tell you but I think this time it'd be good if you, regardless of the suspension, took their advice and looked for help if you're having those kind of thoughts even if just a little. Also, be aware that these kind of things could cause as much trouble for the model as they are doing for you. Good luck.
