I’m (nickname: Themuseaura) writing this message in desperation because I’m facing a situation that is destroying my life. I’ve been a loyal, honest, and steady performer on Chaturbate this is my job, my stage, and a place I truly love. I have never broken a single rule, always followed the site’s policies, and earned honestly and respectfully.

I am a refugee from Ukraine, currently living in Denmark. From the very beginning of my work on the platform, I clearly stated that I have a Ukrainian passport and a legal Danish residence permit. Both documents were uploaded, reviewed, and approved by Chaturbate. I have always provided official, legal papers. I’ve done everything according to the rules.

Recently, my account was suspended or flagged, and I suspect it may be due to doubts about my documents. I feel completely helpless as if I’m being accused of something I haven’t done. This is a mistake, and I’m begging for help.

Chaturbate is my only source of income. Without this job, I have no way to survive. I truly want to return to streaming, to my community, to my work. I’m asking you - please help me get my situation in front of support. I’m more than willing to re-submit all documents, verify my identity again, and comply with any requirements.

This site means so much to me, not just as a job, but as a part of my life and support during very difficult times.

On April 24, 2025, I sent an email to Chaturbate support and attached all the required documents: my ID, my Danish residence permit, my Ukrainian passport, and a photo of myself holding the ID next to my face. Everything was submitted strictly according to the site’s requirements. ( I believed that submitting all of my documents on my own would increase the chances of getting a response from support).

Since then, I have only received an automatic confirmation email. I am certain that Chaturbate emails are not going to my spam folder, and I have checked my inbox thoroughly multiple times. Unfortunately, I keep receiving only automated notifications, and I still haven’t received a real response from the support team.

I’m reaching out here in hopes that someone a moderator or a fellow member can help or advise me on how to move forward. This is extremely important to me. This job is a part of who I am, and I genuinely need the opportunity to continue working on the platform.

If I have already submitted the complete list of required documents, what else can I do? Please, don’t leave me alone in this situation. I’m willing to cooperate and provide any additional information if it helps resolve the issue.

That may be exactly the reason why they're taking so long to get back to you. As mentioned in their contact to you, sending multiple messages may delay our response. Each time you send off another "letter" you're essentially pushing yourself back to the end of the line.

No. That won't work. They will ban you as soon as you attempt to age verify your new account. You need to take care of the first one.
