Really nervous about that situation to my account, please help

Hi, I’m having an issue with my account. Whenever I try to enter any room, I get “Access Denied for room You are banned from this room.”
This happened after I joined my friend’s stream. I didn’t write anything or do anything, I just entered the room for a bit and then left. Right after that, I started getting this message in every room.
I haven’t broken any rules and I haven’t received any warnings or notifications, so I’m not sure what happened. Could you please check my account and see if there’s some kind of restriction or an error? I really enjoy being on Chaturbate and want to keep supporting the platform and contributing to its growth and revenue. Really nervous about that situation with my account

Yes, of course. Unfortunately, support did not answer
Also, when I try to text to members, I get this message: “You have been banned or silenced from too many rooms. Please try again later.”

But I can still stream myself, so that function is working. I’m just really worried because I’ve always followed the rules and I’ve never intentionally violated anything. I really care about Chaturbate and want to continue growing on the platform and contributing to its revenue.

Sorry to threadjack your situation here, I just want to say that it's good to finally have confirmation from a user that this does indeed happen when a person is constantly disrupting rooms and being banned by many broadcasters.

No, that’s not what happened in my case. It wasn’t because I violated any rules or was constantly disrupting rooms. I have always followed the site’s rules carefully.

At some point, I simply started getting the message “Access denied. You are banned from this room” whenever I tried to enter any room on the site, regardless of the broadcaster.

And when I try to message members via DM, I get: “You have been banned or silenced from too many rooms. Please try again later.”

So this seems to be some kind of site-wide restriction or system issue, rather than the result of me breaking the rules.

Models can ban you after you've left their room, you have no way of knowing just how many people have banned you. I have people come back months later and say "hey I thought I followed you and finally found you again" and I just smirk and think to myself "that's because I banned you after you left and you didn't realize it."

But in my case, this is happening with literally every model on the site. I can’t enter a single room, and I can’t message any member via DM. I’ve even checked the rooms of my friends, and I have no access to them either, even though they definitely haven’t banned or blocked me.

That’s why I don’t think this is related to individual models banning me after I left their rooms. It seems like some kind of site-wide restriction on my account.

Because you were banned from too many rooms...it may be a time out situation where you get access again after 30 days or something like that but I am interested to see what support replies with so please follow up when you get an answer! It's helpful for future situations on the forum.

I also want to point out that while I’m streaming, I don’t sit in other models’ rooms or interact in their broadcasts. So realistically, I don’t see how I could have accumulated a large number of room bans in the first place.

I actually think this may be some kind of error or system issue. At 10:53 AM, I was still able to message my friend during her broadcast. Then, by 11:30 AM, I suddenly couldn’t message any members or access any other rooms at all. That happened very suddenly.

I’ll definitely follow up here once I hear back from support, because I’m also very curious to find out what caused this.

I understand what you mean. In my case, though, I generally don’t spend time in other models’ rooms at all. And if I do join someone’s room, it’s exclusively my friends’ rooms, where I’m not banned or having any issues.

That’s why the “too many rooms” explanation doesn’t really make sense to me. I don’t regularly visit random models’ rooms or interact with them, so I don’t see how I could have accumulated a large number of bans.

I also checked whether the issue might be related to my IP address or other accounts. I opened the site in incognito mode without logging into any account, and I was able to view other models’ rooms normally.

So that makes me think the restriction is specifically tied to my account, rather than my IP address or connection.

U said that u following rules etc but are u tipping actively? Personally i banned many users just for sitting silent too many times in my room.

I only tipped my friends there are three models and they tipped me too. I checked my entire tipping history, and there were no other models I tipped.

I’m not banned by any of those three models.

Could this be related to my previous support request? On the same day the restriction appeared, I contacted support about checking my tokens, and I was told everything was fine. Could those things somehow be connected?
