Hello, dear @punker barbie

I hope you are doing well.

I am reaching out because I would sincerely appreciate your help in resolving an issue with my account.

One of my old accounts was Stephy_imp, and it was banned around the summer of 2022.

To the best of my knowledge, the reason for this situation is that a studio I had previously worked with used my identity documents for another model after I had already left the studio. From what I understand, that model was banned because an operator categorized her as a trans performer. Unfortunately, because my documents had been used, my identity was also permanently flagged.

I had no involvement in those actions, and I was no longer working with that studio when this happened. I only found out about the situation afterward.

What makes this even more confusing is that, as far as I know, the model whose account caused the issue has since been unbanned. However, my identity still appears to be blocked, and I am unable to create a new account or return to the platform.

In the past, I have contacted support several times in the hope of resolving this issue. Unfortunately, I have only received a single response stating that my identity is banned, without any additional explanation or opportunity to appeal.

I truly enjoyed working on your platform and would be very grateful for the opportunity to return. I kindly ask if someone could review my case manually and take another look at the circumstances. I believe my situation may have been the result of a misunderstanding, and I would be incredibly thankful if my case could be reconsidered.

Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and consideration. I sincerely hope you can help me resolve this issue, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards, Stephy_imp
