I would like to appeal and ask for a review of the warning/ban issued to me, taking into account the full context of the correspondence.
I admit that I asked a question that could be perceived as a violation of the rules of the platform. However, I want to explain the circumstances of the incident.
The conversation on this topic was not initiated by me. The member told me on his own that he was in prison, and then he started telling me that he liked being forced to have sex there. Not having enough experience and a full understanding of the platform's rules regarding such conversations, I asked a clarifying question, asking if he was being sexually assaulted. To my question, the member replied that he liked it.
After that, I did not continue to discuss the topic and did not try to develop the conversation in a sexual direction. On the contrary, I asked the member if he was okay, and then closed the subject of the conversation.
Now I realize that I should have never asked such a question. I sincerely regret this mistake and understand that ignorance of the rules does not absolve from responsibility. At the same time, I had no intention of sexualizing violence, encouraging it, or initiating such content.
Also, looking back at the situation now, I admit that the conversation could have been deliberately turned into a provocative channel with a subsequent complaint against me, but I don't want to draw unreasonable conclusions. That is why I ask you to consider not my individual message, but the entire sequence of correspondence and messages from the member that preceded and followed my question.
I respect the rules of the platform and after this situation I will be much more careful with such topics. If my message really violated the rules, I am ready to accept the comment and take it into account in the future. However, I ask you to consider removing the ban or replacing it with a warning, taking into account the full context of the correspondence, the absence of malicious intent, and the fact that after the member's response, I did not continue this topic, but clarified whether everything was okay with him, and closed the conversation.
