Please help unable to tip receiving error message!

I get this message every time I try to tip:

"Unable to send tip. Please contact support."

I have tokens in my account but I am not able to send to the broadcaster.

How do I solve this issue? Please help!

I’ve contacted support but they’ve yet to respond to me & I need this corrected ASAP because my money was spent and is just sitting in an account as Miscellaneous funds
