Please help !!!!! I got new id recently , and got stuck on uploading it to chaturbate … I’m crying already , I’m so tired , please help !!!!! I’ll write step by step how all was .
I got auto email from chaturbate telling me that ID soon will expire and they gave me link. Chaturbate.com/accounts/add_performer_image . I used this link, it asked me to upload photo of id and selfie with it … I added and right after clicking button Upload - I was carried into page chaturbate.com/identity and everything looks there like I didn’t load anything ( now already 4 days passed after 7 tries ).
I wrote to chaturbate support, they told me to go to chaturbate.con/identity …. Ok but it’s no button “add another id” …. Only button add another person . I’m sure if I will try it- system will tell me that such user already varified .. I read on Reddit that girls got such button “add another id” below page as they said . I got none !!!!!!
Also I read that people got pop up message while stream , and they clicked on it and did all …. I got message too but it’s not clickable !!!

Please help me , I’m near to cry

I think you didn't get a response from CB support because you didn't post into the Chaturbate section, nor tag the representative until this last Saturday. I'm sure the rep will reply to your thread soon. Good luck with solving your issue.

I believe this "update" is long overdue; and even wish the powers that be would take it even further. I assume the original avatar was setup by the original CB rep, Shirley. Since she has long vacated the role of assisting here and the account has since been used by other representatives, the new CB site logo seems appropriate. I would even suggest to take it one step further to update the username to a more generic, yet professional username... Chaturbate Team, Chaturbate Official, etc.
