Please help with account ban and supporter membership?

My account Xyjilpaw96 on Chaturbate has been banned and I no longer have access to it. Because of this, I am unable to cancel my membership myself.





Please cancel and remove my membership immediately and stop all future charges.

I already contacted support one month ago, but I never received a response. Despite this, my credit card continues to be charged every month.
