Hello, currently waiting for a reply on my account, batmanuel88, being banned for seemingly no reason. While banned I was charged for a fan club membership. Cannot access my account settings to cancel subscriptions. Very unethical to continue charging me. Would like to hear back from support if possible @punker barbie
